About Tawny

Welcome to my About page! My name is Tawny Fritz and I am an ink artist originally from the living city of New Orleans. My art is inspired by a variety of themes, including Greek mythology, magic, the cycle of life, and the interconnectedness of all things.

I have always been drawn to mythology and storytelling, and I find that the stories and archetypes from ancient Greek mythology offer a rich source of inspiration for my art. I love exploring the ways in which these ancient tales continue to resonate with us today, and how they can help us better understand our own human condition.

In addition to mythology, I am also deeply inspired by the rich cultural traditions of New Orleans, particularly the voodoo and magic that have been an important part of the city's history for centuries. I am fascinated by the ways in which these practices explore the connections between the physical and spiritual worlds, and how they offer a unique perspective on the human experience.

At the heart of all of my work is a belief in the interconnectedness of all things. I believe that by exploring these connections we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Whether I am creating a piece of art or simply living my day-to-day life, I am always seeking to explore and celebrate Life in new and meaningful ways.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my art. I hope that my work inspires you to explore your own connections to the world around you, and to find joy and meaning in the stories and traditions that make us who we are.
